Starting To Sell Online Again. Check Out These Deals!

After taking some time off, I decided to start selling online again. I love finding great deals on name brand apparel and offering it to my online buyers. This cute top looks way better in person. The picture does not do it justice. Made by BCBG Max Azria. This is also wrap style and ties around the waist. It's pre-owned but in excellent condition. Definitely as a lot of wear left in it. Multi-colored...maroon, charcoal gray, and black printed design with striped neckline, bottom hem, and sleeve cuff. Size medium. $19.99 or best offer.

I love this little brown Banana Republic tweed above the knee skirt. This one is a size 14 and brand new WITH TAGS. Retails $59, but I'm asking only $39.99 or best offer. It's wool, fully lined, with a side zipper closure. Unbutton the big brown buttons on the front to reveal pockets.

Just a side note: I do not give shipping discounts, but I DO consider all REASONABLE offers and will most likely accept. So don't be afraid to make me an offer on the Bonanza website.

Think Before Leaving Negative Feedback Please

I'm so upset, I can't contain myself any longer. Boyfriend's at work and the dog doesn't understand English so I have talk about it somewhere...guess it'll have to be my blog. If you know anything about me, you know I'm an Ebay seller. Up until today, I have had 100% positive feedback with a couple of neutrals thrown in. Early, I checked on my Ebay listings and noticed my feedback was a point lower than it was the last time. I had received my first negative feedback rating. Why? Because the buyer had not received their package after a month of the purchase.

First of all, the buyer did not bother contacting me to let me know they had never received it. Second, I provide all of my customers a tracking number once I ship their package. If the buyer had bothered reading the email from Paypal and the personal one I sent to get their tracking information, they would have seen that I did in fact ship their item AND it shows the package was delivered on Aug 10th...just a few days after the purchase was made.

That should have told the customer that the problem lies within the postal system. Maybe they delivered it to the wrong address...maybe to a neighbor. Instead of investigating the problem, the buyer jumped the gun and left me negative feedback that I didn't deserve.

I just don't understand how a buyer could be so careless about someone elses business. I work hard to try and keep my customers satisfied and have high standards for my business. I take what I do very seriously and often go out of my way to make the customer happy. If I didn't care about my business, I would have had received negative feedback way before now.

I should have been given the benefit of the doubt. Most of my feedback comments mention "fast delivery" with no mention of any buyer not receiving their order. You would think this buyer would have taken that into consideration and realize the problem didn't lie on my end. Of course, I didn't hesitate to email the person and ask them to do some investigating. I did my part when I shipped the item so they should consider changing their negative feedback. If they don't, I'll ask Ebay to review it and see if they will remove the neg fb. They probably wont, but it's worth a shot. Especially since I have the information from the USPS showing the package was in fact delivered.

To top it off, I looked at the feedback this buyer left for other sellers. 2 were positive and there was one other negative besides mine that said almost the same exact thing. Both items were sent out about the same time. What are the chances of 2 sellers with no negatives all of a sudden deciding not to ship an item out to the same buyer in the same timeframe? It just doesn't make any sense.

Okay, enough ranting...I just want to get the word out to Ebay buyers. Please consider all possibilities and CONTACT THE SELLER if there is a problem before leaving negative feedback. Make sure the seller actually deserves it. You don't know how much that messes a seller's business up. Of course, if I actually did something wrong, I wouldn't have a problem with negative feedback. A couple of times, I caught my errors and have contacted the buyer so they are aware of it and try to resolve it the best way I could. If the mistake was made by me, I will definitely apologize for it and do something about it where the customer comes out on top.

One more thing...to all my other buyers, I appreciate your business and thank you for taking the time to leave feedback.

Okay, I feel a bit better now. Just took my "happy pill" and I'm starting to mellow out a bit. LOL

New Plus Size Tops Available Now

I didn't realize how long it's been since I updated this blog. I've been dealing with a lot of business issues which is where most of my time has been spent. The good news is I have gotten more people shopping online at my retail store, which means more people trust purchasing directly from my website instead of through my Ebay or Blujay store. Really, purchasing directly from the website will save you money if you are buying more than one item because shipping is just $8.95 for the entire order up to $100.00. You can buy 8 of the $8.10 tops and still only pay $8.95 for shipping. I think that's great. On top of that, brand new customers can get 10% off the entire total of your order when you enter code word WELCOME into the coupon box during checkout.

I thought not accepting credit cards on the site was going to be a big issue, but now I think it's better that I don't. I only accept Paypal, Alert Pay, and Google Checkout. I like the fact that my customers are protected and have a place to go and see the status of their order. For me, it's easier to do a return and refund through these sites rather than through a credit card processor.

Cute Plus Size Clothes Still A Hard Find

After all these years, I would expect to find nicer, more fashionable apparel in the plus size department. As a seller, it's still harder for me to find really cute plus size clothes than it is to find regular sizes. After my latest hunt, I did manage to find some items that I'm proud to put up at my Ebay store. Hopefully the hunt will get easier as time goes by. Check these out...

Mulberry Silk Dress & More New Items

Time for some good news!!! Fashions4Flirts website has been updated with new apparel. Over the weekend, new Peppe Peluso, Leshop and Grifflin dresses & DV DN shorts and skirts were uploaded. I think the mulberry silk Peluso dresses are my fave. This cute dress comes in gray or beige...small, medium, or large. Click on the pic to see more details.




In other news, I did a lot of shopping for new merchandise for Fashions4Flirts Ebay store. I found a few cute 4X and 5X tops and a jacket that I'm sure my plus size ladies will love. Oh, I almost forgot about the 4X flair skirt. They will be delivered tomorrow, so I hope to have them up on Ebay by Tuesday night or Wednesday morning. I'm already preparing myself to work late. I also have some regular ladies sizes...a military or band style jacket, a wool polo style sweater, and more.

In the meantime, I added a few of my older home inventory items to Ebay at fixed price or best offer. Matter of fact, most of my items allow for best offers. I need to make room for the new inventory and sales have been pretty good. I wish I had a bigger place to store more beautiful clothes. I found a lot of cool Twitter friends this weekend that are interested in all things fashion. I spent most of the morning reading missed tweets about the fashion world. There's so much going on, I can barely keep up. Guess it's time for breakfast, then I'll get back to work. Still have to update my other blog before I check on my listings.

Selling At Ebay & New Items At the Retail Store

I'm still selling at Ebay. I've been trying the other sites and with the exception of Blujay (with one sale to date), I haven't had much luck. Matter of fact, I haven't had ANY luck. I'm going to continue to list my items at all places: Ebay, Bonanzle, Blujay, Atomic Mall, Ecrater, and Ioffer for the exposure AND with Ebay's reputation, I never know when they will suspend my account for something stupid or just flat out ban me for something I didn't know I was doing wrong. I hear the horror stories all the time. So, it's in my best interest to continue with listing at all places. I know these things take time. It took several months for me to get one customer to purchase off of Fashions4Flirts Online Retail Store. Now I have a few regular customers who purchase about once a month.

Since I mentioned the retail store, I should also say that new items were uploaded this morning for purchase. Some are really cute, like these 2 Tone Mur Mur Capri Pants for $11.05 a piece. They also come in white.
